The number of ‘🔶' symbols dictates the severity of the mutation. Where more than 1 mutation is listed the player may choose to pick one they want or randomise which mutation they get.

When the number of ‘🔶’ symbols a fighter has changes their mutations develop. They loose any benefits or drawbacks of the previous mutation and apply the effects of the new mutation.
